Service Solution Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for selling Huawei Digital Power’s service solutions portfolio to new and existing customer.
Identify new business opportunities, key customer, and vertical markets to expand Huawei’s service offerings.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, for service-based solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored service solutions through proposals, presentations, and service product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by aligning Huawei’s service solutions with their strategic objectives and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management, provide regular reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and progress toward achieving sales goals.
Be responsible for the service solution planning, and undertake the service sales tasks and market objectives of the Digital Power department;
Plan and execute branding activities for service business development, organize technical exchanges with customers and industry partners, and provide training and enablement for customers;
Be responsible for the service sales operation, identify customers' business pain points and requirements through in-depth collaboration with them, and explore leads and opportunities;
Collect, analyze, prioritize, submit, and track the implementation of customer requirements;
Essential knowledge/skills:
Have contract reading, writing, and negotiation skills, and be proficient in stakeholder communication skills;
Have skills in team management and collaboration with sales, solution, channel partners, and R&D product lines;
Advanced interpersonal skills including negotiating, writing, speaking and presentation skills;
Willingness & the ability to learn the technical nature of our products, etc;
Ability to mobilize and coordinate global internal and external resources;
Requirements:

Good negotiation skills and result oriented;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to share experience and knowledge;
Fluent English;
