Main Responsibilities:
• PO (Purchase Order) registration: Order cross check with Product Engineer & Customer, confirm the delivery schedule from multiple supply center and follow up the process to provide necessary information for the completion of the PO registration;
• Revenue triggering: Analyze the frame contract to confirm the billing & revenue milestones and manage the PO invoice billing & revenue trigger based on contract milestone;
• Configuration of Product & Service BOQ (Bill of Quantity): configure product BOQ based on customer PO, cross check the BOQ with Solution Manager;
• Configuration Publication: publish delivery configuration based on site delivery demand;
• Preparation of PR(Purchase Request) to supplier, preparation of material requisition/ delivery note/return note to warehouse for material picking;
• Order management and monitoring of the delivery schedule from multiple supply centers, to ensure smooth delivery;

Candidate Profile:
• experience in telecom commercial area is preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering will be considered a plus;
• Expert in the use of MS Office suite with emphasis on complex spreadsheet design and maintenance;
• Knowledge of telecommunications project, contract and billing terminology;
• Open to work in a strong multicultural environment;
• Strong communication ability and logic thinking;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities;
• Fluency in English both oral and written;
